It verified if the course contributed to the insertion in the labor market, identifying the acquired abilities from the conclusion of the course and, finally, to outline the socioeconomic profile of the graduates. In order to do this, we sought to present a rapid history of Agroecology in Brazil, a discussion was also presented about Agroecology in the State of Acre, mainly from the perspective of implementation of the Technology Course in Agroecology at IFAC - Campus Cruzeiro do Sul, as well as the professional profile of the egress. After that, a survey was made of the students of the Agroecology Technology superior course at the Coordination of School Registry and the Coordination of the Agroecology Technology course at the Federal Institute of Acre / Campus Cruzeiro do Sul. Soon after, 23 graduates were contacted for explanation of the objective of the study, but only 15 were sensitized to participate in the research, and then the semi-structured questionnaires were delivered. The questionnaire script sought, through closed and open questions, to know the importance of the course and the transformations that occurred in the life of the egress. Each participant signed the Informed Consent term. The information collected was transcribed into a spreadsheet in Excel for generating statistical data and graphing data. As a result, we identified the crucial points of influence of the Technology in Agroecology course, where many graduates still have a difficult time practicing the relevant profession because there is no opportunity to work in the community in which they live, but still have hope to share their knowledge in their social life and also punctuate how the knowledge of the course has made them grow professionally, even in other areas in the labor market.Keywords: Job.
