📦 Return of materials

The return of borrowed items is the sole responsibility of the user and must be performed exclusively at the library's service desk during its operating hours.

Return guidelines:

  • Third-party returns: Materials may be returned by anyone; no password or ID of the account holder is required at the time of delivery.
  • Collection integrity: In case of damaged or lost materials, the user must replace the item with an identical copy (or a more recent edition), according to the Library’s Rules and Regulations. Learn more in Loss or damage. 
  • Medical leave: Students unable to attend for health reasons must request a deadline extension without penalty via email.
Medical justification procedure: Send the medical certificate/proof to your library’s email address to avoid suspensions. To find the correct email, click on the Libraries link.
