Lost or Damaged Material

⚠️ Lost or damaged material

The user is responsible for the integrity of borrowed materials. In cases of loss or physical damage, the following rules apply:

🔄 Replacement: The user must replace the work with a copy of the same edition and year.
📖 Out-of-print work: If the original edition is no longer sold, replacement must be made with the most updated edition of the same author and title.

🚨 Suspension: Late replacement does not exempt the user from the suspension penalty accumulated during the delay period.
