Abstract: Brucellosis and tuberculosis are diseases that have great repercussions in the livestock sector. In this sense, the objective of this study was to evaluate the incidence of brucellosis and tuberculosis in the dairy herd supplier for the dairy in the municipality of Sena Madureira, State of Acre. The study was used in lactating cows, distributed in 12 properties, totalizing 252 animals of breeds crossbred with milk aptitude. The Acidified Buffered Antigen Test was used for the diagnosis of brucellosis and the Simple Cervical Test for the diagnosis of tuberculosis, according to the recommendations of the National Program for the Control and Eradication of Brucellosis and Tuberculosis (PNCEBT). The incidence of Brucellosis and Tuberculosis observed in this study was 8.3% and 50% in the properties and 0.8% and 6.35% in the animals, respectively. Thus, it was found that the incidence of the diseases in the animals was in accordance with the values described at national level. However, the incidence of diseases on properties, especially for bovine tuberculosis, was very high, being higher than the national average, evidencing the need to intensify the strategies for control and eradication of these diseases.
